    All about supply and demand, if you don’t like the wages, strike or organise a union. Or you can quit, I’m sure there is someone who will take your job. We were a union plant and the women who worked in the same job classification were paid the same wage as the men, even though they didn’t do the same amount of work. Nuclear Power plant, women always got the easy jobs in maintenance and in any classification including Operations all they had to say was, “I’m not on birth control”, and they never had to enter radiation zones. So quit your whining.
