We're still in the capitalization stage, hint, hint... Phred: It'll have all the amenities - tennis, golf course, swimming pools, gyms, air-conditioned clubs - we'll even have a chopper taxi service! B.D.: Wow...sounds like one of our old base camps. Phred: Well, exactly. George: We think returning vets will eat it up!
