Earl: So has Mr. Trumpt gotten back to you about the Sabatinis, dad? Duke: Yeah. He's decided to let the C.R.D.A. handle them. Earl: What's the C.R.D.A.? Duke: Casino Reinvestment Development Authority. It's the state agency that's supposed to rebuild Atlantic City. But since the board is funded by the casinos, it's historically sympathetic to property seizures for casino expansions...It's a perfect setup for Mr. Trump - he can have private homes and businesses condemned to make room for his casinos, but without having to dirty his own hands! Earl: Wow...that's slick..real slick. Mr. Trump has so much to teach us, doesn't he, dad? Duke: He's the man, son. He's not just a Howard Stern with buildings.
