Also who is that guy?
OHHHHHH. Now that’s good. That’s good. If this was before 1982, that pile would be double the amount!!!
Hey! Nate somehow learned to speak wayne!
Wow.
That wasn’t “cool” the treatment that guy had with them.
How ironic (the last panel)
he he he….
Unless you have something special like a first edition of Spiderman in mint condition expect about 1/3rd of whatever the books say the comic is worth. That is the buy price, not the sell price.
Nate knows Wayne’s language! That popped out of nowhere!
He should know that opening the book and flipping through book, especially without gloves, lowers the grading scale and devalues the book.
How did Nate go from not understanding Wayne two days ago to suddenly understanding him?
I have a hypothesis that Wayne’s mumbles translate to something, you just have to listen really, really hard to what he says.
Aye, Nate can speak Wayne now
Wayne is actually Coach John’s somewhat less-boisterous son. See the resemblance?
Hey, Mr. Peirce, where does Nate live?
Wait…… I’m confused. Nate works at klassix komixs now.
When did he learn how to speak Wayne.
When did Nate learn how to speak modern-day caveman
Early January
What does the GC INSIDER TAG REPRESENT
Wayne must be kinda cheap
Another good one for Wayne and since when did nate learn to speak Wayne
he speaks wayne! i knew it
Good job Nate.
That’s actually pretty darned good, that Nate’s estimate matched the shop owner’s exactly.
look at panel 4
Sorry, we don’t have dollars. How about a big bag of pennies?
Oh MY
AND NOW HE KNOWS HOW TO SPEAK WAYNE
I don’t get the joke…
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
never complain about the price, just take it
Lol
Why in pennies tho
That’s 4,000 pennies.
isn’t nate too young to have a job?
4,000 pennies…. And doglover26 hes an intern or a free worker that volunteers. And if that comic was worth 10x that amount it would have been $400
Burned by Wayne!
Love the implication that Wayne just keeps exactly 40 dollars’ worth of pennies in a bag behind the counter all the time.
