My now ex used to work at a reasonably nice restaurant near the pony track. This one couple that owned a few of horses would always stop in after race night. My ex knew how the night had gone. If they ordered steak the horse had won. If they ordered burgers they horse had at least earned some money. If they ordered hot dogs the horse had finished out of the money
The evidence from the chimney suggests Vinnie is as good a cook as is Flo. Unfortunately, Mrs. Capp will have to feel the pain of having to eat someone else’s charred impression of a meal…!
Yep. Dogs can tell if you are upset and they comfort you. I think I prefer dogs to most humans!

Today I done a good deed. I helped an old lady walk from the bus stop to the taxi rank because she really couldn’t walk very well and the bus didn’t stop to where she wanted it to. How nice am I? I feel really good. She even offered to give me some money for helping her. I declined in case you’re wondering! Andy Capp would want money though.

I don’t hate dogs, but there are times when I find it hard to like them. For example, One of my neighbors has this really nasty dog that growls and barks at me menacingly whenever I walk by his pen, even though I have never done anything to him. It’s like someone constantly screaming death threats at you. One time, he was out of his pen, and he lunged at me!! At least when if a cat doesn’t like you, it will avoid you and hide from you , but when a dog doesn’t like you, it will go out of it’s way to threaten and even kill you. So much for man’s best friend. Sorry if I’ve offended anybody, but that’s just how I feel.
