I didn’t get this right away, which is distressing to me because I usually have a dirty mind. But my attention was initially focused on trying to understand why there’s a barbecue grill apparently floating outside the window. Having now figured out the joke (and laughed), I do have another concern: why does neither of them look particularly happy? Could it be he “escalated” too quickly?
