It is. He and JJ were married, until she dumped him. The Grammy she’s talking to is JJ’s mom.

Lynn - Mike is Alex’s dad, and JJ is her mom. JJ and Mike split up several years back.

JJ and Jeff still have time to turn around (and, after all, JJ is a successful artist, even if her taste in men really bites). Even if they don’t, it’s not necessarily their parents’ fault, is it?

Joanie had two kids by her first husband. We did not see them at the time, only heard their voices through the motel room door as her first hubby played a tape recording of them crying . Anyway, anyone remember the name of JJ’s sister (Alex’s aunt)?
