A good-ish point, though an animal that can tip over a trash can is also capable of tearing open a plastic bag (don’t see any trash bag remnants in the drawing, though). If your community has curbside recycling, though, I hope you’re not putting any plastic bags into the recycling. Plastic bags (particularly grocery bags) are the worst thing that you can add to recycling, as they get tangled up in the sorting machinery, significantly slowing the process and risking damage to the machinery.

What happened to having to BAG your trash? If people did that, it wouldn’t end up all over the ground, with loose papers blowing my yard to pick up!
