Guilty! I started reading obits on-line for my mom when she quit taking the daily paper, and she wanted to know if any of her friends had died. Now that she’s gone, I’m still reading them, to find out if my friends have died. And yes, I’ve gone to a few funerals I wouldn’t have known about if I didn’t read the obits every day.
