She’s gonna have Dean dress up as her to either go to the party in her place, or take her place in being grounded while she sneaks off to party.

Wow. Heart can’t be part of that story, so she’s gonna send DEAN in her place. I guess Dean really needs more screen time in “Heart of the City”. Maybe he’ll make some star wars references for a change?
