How about a bow tie, which makes you look like a leftover from a 1920s musical?

It depends on who is doing the company interview. If they can’t write cursive, a tie would be over-dressing.

What the bolo tie means is “I’m a total dweeb; don’t for Pete’s sake hire me.”

A plain black tie is always acceptable! I used to keep one in my desk at work.

I’m wearing this because I must, but I hate ties.
