Poor Poncho, you can’t even catch a balloon squirrel. At least it will not pepper you with acorns like Cleo’s local squirrels.

Not filled with helium. I make balloon animals and tried that once and they don’t float.

A good wind would do I suppose.

I found the real danger there is contact with the ground. At the yearly fair I was making animals for free and saw several kids let go of their animals on a windy day while watching a concert in a parking lot. A couple bounces on the black top did for all of them.

Well, that’s sad.
