Those old water heaters could be trouble, but at least I can understand how they worked. The system we have now is a mystery. I have no clue what heats the water. Maybe its just plain ol’ magic.
Jeff reminds me of the characters in those commercials for protection against identity theft — he’s just a plumbing consultant who identifies the problem, but doesn’t do anything about it.
