A note is not always good, we had a note saying they bumped our car, left a phone number but it was unobtainable!!! My husband was planning to call & say don’t worry, I will fix it, he did, Oh well, that’’s life X
I did that to my Wife’s car at 6:30 AM, I called her from work at about 8:00 AM. She didn’t leave for work until 8:30 or so. She was still able to drive to work, she just wasn’t very happy, and I was safe at work, many miles from her.
