Something happened in my house that probably never occurs with Garfield, it is called ‘left-overs’. Turkey sandwiches, turkey hash etc. and boy could I love to have one of those right now!
It never would have occurred to me to freeze corn on the cob! Then again, we eat it as fast as it matures in the garden anyway. (And that would sure take up a lot of room in the freezer! Might as well at least take it off the cob…)
Man, am I glad I made it out of the USA on my flight home yesterday. The airport in Vegas was busy as cr@p, and the hotels were starting to fill the day before I left.
I can just imagine the bedlam for those travelling this coming week prior to the American Thanksgiving.
To my American cousins, have a good gone guys and gals.

Made me hungry too. Is Jon’s Mom an Idahoan? I grew-up on Idaho Potatoes, and they’re my favorite food.
I’m surprised it took Garfield that long to take action.

Homegrown frozen corn on the cob. We finished our last ones back in March. Still have some frozen diced tomatoes.
