This is a reply to Frazzthebest from a while back on how to teach your dog to wipe his feet. I would wipe my dogs feet on the mat when we came in and just say wipe your feet each time we came in and then proceed to wipe his feet by grabbing the front paws then the back paws and wiping them on the mat. It was a lot of repetition and one day when I said wipe your feet, he just started doing it on his own. It didn’t take long. I hope this message finds you.
Nothing wrong with picking up after yourself AND your dog. I pick up after mine, I expect others to do the same. Nothing else quite like stepping in dog crap left on your lawn from a lazy neighbor.

So true.. one waste is at least biodegradable with a few rainstorms.. the other not so much.
