Gentlemen, for tonight’s dinner, may I suggest fried spam, garnished with slices of boiled egg. The spam seems especially plentiful in these parts, and you can’t beat the combination.

It would seem to me that with darkness falling on two 12-year-olds lost in the bush that finding wood for a fire and/or food would not be their priority. With all the calls and noises of nocturnal creatures they will be frightened out of their wits.
