I work for a grocery store where we have a meeting every day about customer service, and the online surveys are a really big deal with the corporate types these days
There’s a lot of pressure on the store managers to get good surveys, and we are reminded every day where we are ranked at a district level
I do my best every day, don’t need a meeting to remind me, still proud to be rocking an 87.5% customer satisfaction rating for the quarter so far
I wish those % survey would go away! Both as a customer and one who has to be gauged by them. 90% of the time they pertain to something beyond my control, like my companies billing or the cell phone reception.
I wish I could rate other customers, rude people; I have a problem with rude people and anyone who drink Pumpkin Spice anything, has a bun on their head and is not Princes Leah or a samurai, etc. I think I’m turning into a GOG, Grumpy on Guy – had to happen sooner or later oh well. Lost my coffee cup again, I quit looking, just get anther one, I’ll find that one later, maybe, I got more. What was I sayin?
