There are lots of YouTube videos about scammers pretending to be from the IRS named John. Funny how they all have accents not associated with the US. (The funniest ones are when they accidentally call the police then the scammers tell the police that they are going to call the police on them if they don’t do what the scammers say).
I used to do some work with computers back a loooong time ago. We actually had a support contract with HP. I was working night shift and when I would call for support (using a WATTS line if anyone remembers those!) I would get their support center in Ireland. Still a little hard to understand but good support.
