Y’know, if your company sucks that hard, you could look for a better job… there’s no law that says you have to stay with a company until they fire you or lay you off
Once worked for a boss who gathered the whole shop together to announce a deserved raise for his longest tenured employee………..of twelve and a half cents an hour. He quit at the end of the week.
When I was working in a cannery for 50 cents an hour, a twelve cent raise would have kept me around. I found a ninety cent job shortly after the packing season was over.
