I was sitting in a booth at IHOP next to a family with several children. One in particular was acting up and disrupting the whole restaurant. The waitress came by and asked the family was there anything they needed. A really old guy in a booth on the other side of them said, “Yeah, a belt.”
My brother told his three young sons that they’d better behave in the restaurant or… Only time he ever had to do something was when youngest ordered an expensive dish and then when it came didn’t want to eat it, said he was only kidding. His dad took him to restroom and washed his mouth out with soap for lying. Never had to do that again.
