Too many people have passed their driver’s test with this reading impediment.

Can you speak jail bird?
A lot of people here in Tulsa don’t speak it either.
And then there are the people who speak sign language enthusiastically with both hands while driving. Looks like an Owl face or something on the illiterate driver’s shoulder. Also a face on the gray rock visible through the windshield.
