Why one of the last phases of the Canine Uplifting was a bi-pedal stance and hands. When it was done Man’s best friend, graduated to servant since they can talk by then too and eat human food without a problem .So at least 1955 when a trained dog, in the comics, learned to like being on 2 legs…
