Or they could do like the sheriff deputies around here do, and turn on their lights so they can drive through red lights. Just claim there’s an emergency reason for being on the lawn – no one will ever know, officer.
He was there anyway. He could have gotten the ball for her.
She got him. Maybe logic will prevail for him the next time.
