The level of denial among these tea baggers is astounding. It seems to me at the very least, that when placing one’s foot on another’s face, a tea bagger must at least acknowledge the behavior as defacing private property since the concept of assault is not regarded as a crime in their universe. As for making a ‘federal cae’ out of it, what harm is that since in tea bagger world the federal government should be stripped of the means of enforcing an individual’s civil rights.
This is what we have to look forward to if as seems probable these goons assume power.

Semantics, churchill? Really? Most would accept this definition of the word “stomp”:
“a downwards strike with the heel of the foot from the stand-up position…usually directed at the head or body of a downed opponent”
If that’s your daughter on the ground, you’d call it a stomp, and you’d be correct. Whether his intent was to stomp on her head or not (and I believe it was), he did in fact stomp on her head. He also snapped back to momentary sanity when his fellow tough guy waved him off. You can see that on his face when the camera films him.
Look, the guy got caught up in his anger. That happens when the adrenaline gets going. And it’s easy to get brave, and overdo it, when you’re surrounded by a bunch of fellow tough guys and the enemy can’t fight back. That’s what happened. Ask that guy on a typical day, I’ll bet he’d say he’d never try to hurt a woman. But he did.
Hey guys, don’t you all know that this woman was a plant? She has been arrested twice this year already at other political gatherings. In this most recent event, the video, if you start at the beginning, shows that she shoved her poster (mounted on the wooden beam) through the car window into the face of her “assailant.” He should not have reacted as strongly as he did, I’ll give you that without question, but it is what SHE initiated. Don’t boo-hoo when she got exactly what she hoped for.
Wow, there are some real zombies on this list. You actually think this woman – however provocative she may have been – wanted to be thrown to the ground and have her head stomped on?
Admit it, folks – you’re rationalizing beyond all reason…

The hospital reported that she had a concussion and a sprained shoulder and arm.
