Like one of those stop-snoring mouthpieces. It stopped my snoring alright, because I didn’t actually sleep while using it. Ad spokesperson said how comfortable they are and how he doesn’t even notice it. OMG, what nightmare (pun intended)! It either made my jaw ache or just plain kept me awake, usually both.
