Poncho: Hee hee, I know, so true, eh? Hee hee. Chazz: All right, I'm getting pretty tired of your imaginary master! I'm the one who gives you food and shelter and walkies! Not this "Armando" person! Poncho: Whisper whisper. I can't say that! Chazz: What? What did Armando say? Poncho: He says you're a nice guy, Chazz: I don't believe that for a second! What did he really say? Another crack about my nose again?

You’re taking it way too personal, Chazz. Ease up, Poncho!

Fine! Lock up the food and let Armando feed you and bring you water.

No Chazz, not about your nose. About your “tail”!

I’m really enjoying Poncho’s first year. I wouldn’t mind seeing it stay like this!

We have “Poncho: Year One.” Maybe when this year ends we will have “Poncho: The Armando Years”.

Chazz seems to have quickly forgotten he’s the one who caused this problem to begin with!
Poncho should mention Armando is more rad than Chazz as well.

Cleokaya…I am ashamed to admit that I used ‘sweet sausage’ for my Eggs Chorizo (couldn’t find Chorizo) and the result was worse than unappetizing. My son had the real thing in Las Vegas and compared mine to his. Next time I’ll go to a specialty store for the proper ingredients.

I roared with laughter at panel 3. That Poncho is a hoot.

A future story maybe?

Apparently about a past life. If Armando owned the porch, he only appeared three times after the puppies were born.

I really like this Frist Year storyline. I think I like it better than the original strip.
Can’t we keep Poncho a puppy for a few more years? After all, look at Charlie Brown and his extended, never ending childhood.
