I rarly have snow. What we do get plenty of here is rain.
My girl never hesitates to go out in the rain because she gets a good rub down (with big beach towel) when we go back in.
When I was a kid I lived at the beach a few miles South of LAX and I LOVED fog! The thicker the better. That all changed when I got my driver’s license and had to drive in the danged stuff.
If you ask my dog, snow is perfect to “go” in.
