A lot of cities are slow to get on board the tiny house movement. Some claim they are eyesores, others want them on the grid in the standard way, and others don’t even hide the fact that it’s a taxation problem for them.
This is the one reason I wouldn’t want a tiny house, they are not accepted in trailer parks, and you would have to own a piece of property, which you could end up paying thousands of dollars in property taxes. I wish this “fad” would go away.
