My son (he’s now 31) and I always loved Calvin & Hobbes. We have gifted each other several C&H books over the years…mostly when he was in his teens. I won a LARGE stuffed tiger @ Busch Gardens a bunch of years ago…he still sits on my living room floor in front of the entertainment center…His name is Hobbes. When my 1st granddaughter was born we used to prop her up on Hobbes. When she was 3 or 4, she used to “gallop” on Hobbes back while hanging on to his ears….oohhhh the memories!!!

I don’t know if we’ll have enough snow to make snowballs here but everyday is forecasted for some snow for the next couple weeks! It’s not Christmas in the North Country until it snows!

I’ll be Hobbes would like some MUCHAS SMOOTCHES from Susie. Great comic today, every panel is priceless.

It would be rather odd to listen to a six year old have the conversations he’s had with Hobbes.

Hi WoodEye. Susie sometimes mistakes me for a stuffed animal that can’t talk. It’s just that when she’s around, I get all tongue-tied.

Calvin’s present is worse than what Charlie Brown gets at Halloween.

I agree with Cleokaya that every panel is priceless. But I don’t understand some of the comments. For instance :

LX013 … said ..You are not better than I am, buddy!!

Calvin said .. “you’re no better off than I am, Buddy” .. which has an entirely different meaning.

LX013 said .. Oh, oh, I have lost him and water stands until neck!

What have I missed? I really don’t understand this.

Good Morning Mike Firesmith. Just to let you know, Kizzy has gone to the Rainbow Bridge where her back legs again work and she can go on the chasing and sniffing adventures she so loves.

fran650, I too offer my condolences. Having seen many of my beloved dogs and cats cross the Rainbow Bridge, I feel your pain as well.
