I’ve never “crammed” for anything a day in my life, and I was near the top of my class from kindergarten until graduating law school. Then I passed two bar exams in 18 months. The old advice of learning a bit every day is true. I would also spend the evening before an exam relaxing, doing something fun, then going to bed early. A well-rested brain performs better than a stressed, tired brain. This advice is as old as the hills, yet so many people refuse to follow it. Seriously, it works, I have the test scores to prove it! At their age, these kids could learn one word a day and be fully prepared for the SAT without having to stress themselves about it.
Hey so I have an idea for go comics if we are gonna have to do reruns until Lincoln comes back. What if instead of rerunning recent comics that most likely everyone read they took the old black and white comics from the early years of big Nate and then they colorized it so that not only will we be renewing older comics that we might not have read but also we would be seeing it in color for the first time.(Also this strip has reruned 3 times already plus the original time it ran!!!) So let me know what you guys think of this idea.
I’m so glad that no one else said this, but if you think about it, Francis and Gina would be great for each other. Nate might get a little jealous but they can always ignore him. JKJK LOL
That wouldn’t really be “cramming” if Francis is preparing so early. Cramming is when you try to memorize everything you need for a test that you have to take very soon.

Why is there so many reruns? You need to be able to write a comic strip without taking a year long break!

Joke of the day:
Dad buys a lie detector that makes a loud beep whenever somebody tells a lie. Stupid Sam comes home in the afternoon.
Dad asks him, “So, you were at school today, right?”
Stupid Sam: “Yeah.”
Detector: “Beep.“
Stupid Sam: “OK, OK, I was in a cinema.”
Detector: “Beep.”
Stupid Sam: “Alright, I went for a beer with my friends.”
Dad: “What?! At your age, I wouldn’t touch alcohol!“
Detector: “Beep.”
Mom laughs: “Ha ha ha, well, he really is your son!”
Detector: “Beep.”

Thank goodness that the SAT doesn’t have a vocabulary/analogy section anymore… it has an easy grammar section instead :)
