Reminds of the TV movie(or mini-series, since it aired in two parts) âImpactâ in 2009. Despite its logic flaws, I found it very entertaining. The moon is impacted by a fragment of a so-called âBrown Dwarfâ and it causes all sort of odd anomalies on Earth, including localized loss of gravity.

There is no gravity. The universe sucks.
