My mind & body were in sync when I was 42 or so. Now the bod is twice that and I mentally still feel about 44!.
I often wondered…which is best. When you get old, to have a mind that’s still sharp but the body is in a wheel chair, or the mind is shot, but you could run a 10 mile marathon daily and not remember it by 5 o/c. Since we have little choice in the matter really, I guess I should be glad I am in 90% and 60% of the first one! I find I just have to be careful in either one, not shoot off my mouth too much and not trip over my own feet!
