Roy grew up to become an expert on space, he has a lot of it between his ears.

I still have a couple of ā€œShut up Wesley!ā€ buttons.

They had to sneak Wheaton in through the service entrance for a panel at one Con.

    Not a popular character.

I was tired of writing for shows where there was always a shoot-out in the last act and somebody was killed. ā€˜Star Trekā€™ was formulated to change that. Gene Roddenberry

The original ā€˜Star Trekā€™ series is the classic one. Its successor, ā€˜The Next Generation,ā€™ is less lovable, but at its best, itā€™s smarter. Cass Sunstein

People think that being on Star Trek is career suicide, but itā€™s really just the opposite. Brent Spiner

I think Star Trek has been very double-edged for all of us ā€“ as actors, writers, directors. Jonathan Frakes

All the people in Star Trek will always be known as those characters. And what characters to have attached to your name in life! The show is such a phenomenon all over the world. Nichelle Nichols

Star Trek has brought so much of what I want within my grasp. DeForest Kelley

Having played many roles of scientific intellect I do have an empathy for that world. Itā€™s been hard on me because flying the Enterprise for seven years in Star Trek and sitting in Cerebro in X-men has led people to believe that I know what Iā€™m talking about. But Iā€™m still trying to work out how to operate the air conditioning unit on my car. Patrick Stewart
