Oh, heck, I did this decades ago. Mounted a wooden paper towel roll holder across from my toilet. Holds two on the roller and since it has a small shelf above, it can hold 3 more. I will admit the cat was a problem child, until I bought a small wire basket cart that fits under the toilet paper holder. (It has 3 wire basket shelves that hold 6 rolls each.) Kitty won’t climb on it because she hates standing on the thin wires on the top and she can’t reach the rolls on the wall. :D Now I never run out of paper.
