Sounds fantastic. Turkey tetrazzini is a use-up-the-Thanksgiving-leftovers tradition in my wife’s family, and it’s great.

I want to go there for Thanksgiving! Don’t forget the hot peppers cooked in olive oil and garlic! And the pizzales for dessert! I sure miss my great aunt! Talk about a great cook!

My family would always do a traditional Thanksgiving dinner on Thanksgiving, but then we would all meet again and get Mexican food the next day, and that was always my favorite. Funny thing was it was the white side (and not the Mexican side) of my family that did this. Good times…
