Buenos Dias Locos! I sincerely hope that you are all well this Saturday morning.

If we had planned more carefully we could have all met at the World Duck Calling Championships being held in Stuttgart, Arkansas today.

Cleo you certainly know how to plan romantic getaways! Duck Calling? Be still my heart!

Dry I knew that my little weekend getaway would appeal to you.

If it’s warm and the wind ain’t blowin’ anything appeals, well almost anything! ;-)

Hola Dry!

I may be scarce today. Lots of reading to do. I’ll pop in when I can though.

Dry I tried that link last night and even I couldn’t gain access. It said it was forbidden. The cartoon showed two employees unlocking the store from behind a barricade with a long pole, and one says,

“When the door opens, drop the pole and duck!**

They were wearing combat fatigues for the Black Friday sale.

Shika That would have been funny! You’re lucky you up there don’t have that madness! And I do mean madness! You wouldn’t get me out of bed to go shopping at 4 am or any time soon after that! JFri, no comments please! ;-D

I am fortunate that the people that I shop for appreciate gifts best obtained elsewhere than a mall or box store.

Why cleo, what ever are you speaking of? SNERK, SNICKER, SNORT!

I’m about due to see that movie again, I do believe!

I just got back from a nice bike ride. The temps are back to normal, but I…am not. :-P

I know the feeling cleo!

Glad you got a bike ride in though! I did my usual Saturday thing, hanging the bed linens out for that fresh wonderful smell! The wind was howling and the snow was spitting, just a bit, but there were a few snowflakes. I hung them out anyway, froze my butt off in the process, guess I’ll have to be like Nate and Charley at Overboard, and finally give in to wnter being here. Back to the dryer I guess for my bedding! Sigh! Just one more thing I hate about winter.

And when we get our first big snowfall, I’ll be saying how pretty it is, fickle female, eh? Of course when it’s over, I’ll still HATE WINTER!

Make up your mind Dry! Just say you have a love-hate relationship with winter. You love the way it looks but hate the way it feels. That’s how I feel about it. ;-)

Big sigh. I’d better turn off the computer. It is too tempting for me. I still have tons of reading to do.

I finally got my laundry done. I wish I could hang mine up outside too, but I live in an apartment. I don’t think exhaust fumes from cars smell nice anyways.

And on that note, I will say an early

Dry, I think that the perfect temp for me is 75. And…how…I…wish…that was the current case.
