I tried Roland’s Retreat once, I got cobwebs in my hair, engine grease on my skirt, and a mouse ran over my foot. Roland needs to clean his garage, he’s got a box of National Gergraphics from 1950 in there. And what the picture doesn’t show is that you will be sitting up against his ‘67 Ford truck.

Just be sure you finish your retreat by 5:30p

He calls it Calm Acres… but it’s only about 200 square feet at most!

That’s not even half a thousandth of an acre….

so I thought I was being generous to offer him a penny for my hour.

He acted all grumpy about it….

so we made a deal.

I gave him the whole dollar, and he let me take home one of the National Geographics.

it has pretty pictures of butterflies.

I wanted to find one I liked better, but I wasn’t going to give him another dollar, just to get time to look.

Anyway… it doesn’t cos anything to sit at the Tiki….

and if you order any food, that dollar you saved will get you a coffee, a soft drink, or even a banana dak.

Is he getting better at playing the sitar yet?
