This brings back fond memories as a kid growing up during the first manned space flights and moon landing. We’d do the launch countdown while going as fast and as high as we could on a swing-set and then “launch” out of the seat into the air on "Blastoff!!! Great fun. :-)
I stumbled across “THE RIGHT STUFF” the other night for the first time in years. I absolutely love that movie. I had read the book and also Chuck Yeager’s autobiography before seeing the movie for the first time. To me that was a good era to be a kid! So much was happening and technology was advancing so fast. We as kids weren’t aware yet of the troubles brewing in the cold war, Viet Nam, etc.

Red you could use some Velcro on the inside of that box if it is not to expensive in the early years of availability.
