Separate keyring for work?

I’ve heard the same thing about a bunch of keys on a key ring on the ignition switch. It puts pressure on the swith. They’re expensive to replace.

I keep my work keys and personal keys on separate rings. Less weight hanging from the ignition and I carry fewer keys during the work day.

Funny, my father has warned me about the same thing. :) Dads.

haha! my dad told me that too—and its true. ive driven a vehicle where the keys would fall out of the ignition when you were driving.

That is why my car keys are on a separate keychain.
