For years, I have done my own cooking and eating at home. I had too many bad reactions to the chemicals the cafes, restaurants and diners throw into their food. And, when grocery-shopping, I never buy any of their prepared “dinners.” And, no, I do not feel like I have “missed out” on anything. I do have a life.
