If they’ve got all those dirty (meaning eaten off of) dishes to wash, they must be grossing a fair chunk of change. At rough count, there are 40 dishes shown, with more than that inferred.
Is this done on off-hours? If not, where are the customers?
With all of the business they have been having lately, they might need to have all three washing dishes.
