G’day Jason, Dry, JFri, Ottod, Meggsiefan, Frank, Angela and all Meggsie’s mates.
Ginger, you are on the threshold of learning about life. You will never learn all about it but, all things being equal, you have maybe 70+ good years to give it your best shot.
First lesson is Dad is right. You don’t have to buy anything, doing that is just a cop out.
What you have to do is go and find something dear to your parents’ hearts as a gift to show you love them. Sounds simple doesn’t it. Do you love them enough to spend a few dollars on a thoughtless gift voucher? That will scream from the high heavens that you haven’t even started to understand them. They gave you everything you have and are, how do you think they would feel about getting a few bucks back at Christmas?
Just a card to say you love your Mum and Dad would be a gift surpassing spending countless dollars on trinkets.
