Still not. I just yawned because here, it’s just after 7 am on a Saturday – and I only had some sips of coffee yet. Very nice weather, though. Spring, finally. All is green and blooming – except for our refrigerators; I cleaned them thoroughly a short time ago.
(sigh) But I’ll have to do some laundry today; completely forgot that yesterday. Oh well.
Laundry – long done; dishwasher – emptied, refilled and ready (has to cool because otherwise, the porcelain gets chipped easily); beef tongues – fully cooked, have to cool down a bit that I can handle and skin them; concert tickets: booked (only very few tickets left).
Cleaned kitchen, watered lawn, ( just recently overseeded), practiced drums for 1.5 hours, road bike for at least an hour, practiced Spanish on Duolingo, figure out how to fly drone that was my Christmas present, read book, Tiger Woods, for half hour, drove hour to get to band rehearsal that lasted 3 hours, an hour back and in bed by 11. A lot of kids want to be entertained.
This is what he wrote about Industry among his 13 classic virtues:“Industry. Lose no time; be always employ’d in something useful; cut off all unnecessary actions.”
Laundry done. Dust, mop, vacuum house done. Donated blood. Ran errands. Pulled dandelions in the yard and walked the dog. Now I can relax with my comics. Tomorrow church and mow the weeds.

Never. I totally agree with Kyle.
If someone says “I’m bored,” I tend to think (but not say aloud!) “is your head that empty?”
Even if you have to sit still in a chair with nothing to read, or look at. or fiddle with…. no access to the internet… no one to talk to….
You can use that time for thinking…. if you’ve bothered to fill your head with things to think about.

No, not bored. Too much stuff to do, and I just crawled out of bed a little while ago.
