Shpeaken zee pig?
I prefer eating it. But I bet Peg does – so what’s Pete’s point?
Ohnay… unless I want to sound like an oolfay.
And right, Tigressy…. Peg is more likely to understand it than Elliot….
Reminds me of a friend who annoys me by softly speaking to me in Spanish, when she doesn’t want to be overheard….
Her Spanish is vaguely passable, though a bit dated…
but mine is barely almost OK for a Mexican restaurant or maybe for talking to little children.
Worse…. she’s often trying to hide her comments from native Spanish speakers…
which I usually point out to her, in Spanish, before I apologise to them.
Pig Latin!!! I used to think it was a language for pigs from Spain!!! Oink!!!
Now why would I want to talk to a pig when I can eat him instead?
BACON! Pork butt.
Why yes, I do.
Uh, wouldn’t Mom be more likely to know it than son?
Anybody remember Toucan Talk?
“Crispy and elicious -day For Breakfast or for acking-snay Made with real fruit avor-flay Oot-fray Oops-lay! (I know what it means!)”
My parents used to talk in pig latin around me and my younger brothers. Then I figured it out, so they included me. As each brother learned it, he was included also, until we all knew it. Then we just did it for fun.
