Must admit as a kid I never much wanted to read ‘for fun’. In school seems like I always had teachers that made us read a lot. With book reports and being ‘made’ to do it whenever I had free time back then I’d rather ‘go do something’ as sit and read. I do read a lot now so the scheme of all those teachers apparently worked!
Oh I loved reading the Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew too…many a Saturday and Sunday afternoon getting books read…I still love to read, which is why my hubby and I need more bookcases LOL

I think I read almost every Hardy Boys book when I was a kid.
