Jerome: Dad, I want a freestyle stunt bike. George: Now, why would we get you a freestyle stunt bike? Jerome: Because all the other kids have them. They'll be setting up ramps and fun boxes and stuff, and it would be dangerous for me to try to do jumps and grinds with a regular street bike. George: I see, okay, but we should run this by your mom. Margaret: Now, why would we get you a freestyle stunt bike? Jerome: Because dad said it was okay.

I actually prefer the way the “neighborhood cruiser” looks to that high tech expensive bike. It reminds me of the bikes we had when I was a kid.

Trust me, if you ride any distance at all on a regular basis, you don’t want a single-speed “neighborhood cruiser”. He’s in the wrong bike store anyway. His son wants a BMX bike, they don’t sell those there.
