Ah, the ancient spring male ritual of oiling and adjusting the manual mower until it pushed effortlessly, and the clean, clear snik! of ultimate sharpness echoed through the neighborhood.
I had the job of mowing a hillside double lot with an old push mower — and my dad thought sharp tools were dangerous…
It works better the sharper it is, but still, it’s a hard Job.
Been there, done that with the cheap gas-powered mowers my dad used to buy, pulling and pulling to get them started.
