The pups always wait for the blessing. While they don’t bow their heads, they do wait for the “amen” before they eat.

So Brian is a…Buddhist, huh? Believing in reincarnation? Noticed that as well in another strip that was published about a few weeks ago when Red asked if Rover believes in reincarnation.
I’ve had to train my Lab to do that, otherwise he would be scarfing the food out of the bowl before I can sit it down on the floor.
I make my dog lie down and “be pretty” while I’m placing his food bowl down. Like SAILOR46 he would eat it in mid air if I let him.
