My advice would be focus on the royalties share first, then start using your noodle to come up with the story plot!

I’ve always thought you should write a children’s book with a cute animal that would make a cute stuffed toy – just thinking about the merchandising. I would do it, but I can’t think of a cute animal that hasn’t been done already.
